Subscribe to real-time events from your project ecosystem.

Real-time Architecture

Prizm webhooks allow you to build or set up connectors which subscribe to certain events on getprizm.ai. When one of those events is triggered, we'll send a HTTP POST payload to the webhook's configured URL.

Payload Verification

Every webhook request includes a x-prizm-signature header calculated using HMAC-SHA256.

Retry Logic

We employ an exponential backoff strategy, retrying failed deliveries up to 5 times over 24 hours.
